heck, the survey was wrong on our last home !

I should have known better than to put a link for elevation, tks for taking it off - too much "life/death" decisions to be made for bad info links

our last home's subdivision sank over 5 ft from when the title co certified a survey (without an elevation cert) upon purchase, & 10 yrs later when we flooded the 2nd time. they re-surveyed most of SE TX with lidar & new FIRM maps are used now

a bit off topic, but we broke our 100/+ streak yesterday in Cypress - it was the 1st day in Aug we were below...
