Unfortunately the fact that Irene is already weakening is making a bunch of NY/NJ'er angry with how Irene was "over-hyped" (please note the quotes... I don't think she was).

I've already gotten texts and calls from friends and family that tell me how people are saying they "wasted" money preparing for a little bit of wind and rain.

Hearing this is annoying to say the least.
