| I think this will be an upper level low. Nonetheless, it looks like it may provide Texas and Louisiana some much needed rain. I have not seen any info. on a surface low forming or tropical system...this will be some thick tropical moisture, though. 2.2 to 2.5 inches in PWAT...or percipitable water potential in the air. |
