| ULL is forcast to move out of the way to the NW and weaken...whether it does or not we will see. Shear is supposed to fizzle out within 24 hrs.according to NWS Houston/Galveston. It just SUCKS getting teased AGAIN with substantial rainfall, but in the end all we get is maybe a few sprinkles. |
