I know that's what the NHC's 11 a.m. discussion said about Lee, but I think they're being a little optimistic about how quickly--or if at all--the shear will dissipate. The shear forecast below from Weather Underground depicts unfavorable shear levels in the GoM through 72 hours . . . |
