Yea, it does not look optimistic.  What a dreadful summer it has been.  How long can we bear not having any rain.  Houston is busy repairing 100's of walter main leaks and breaks, people are having to sell their livestock, small lakes are drying up or turning de-oxygenated (red)....it's rediculous.
