Bobbi you know as well as anyone here that in scenarios where t-storms are being blown well away from the LLC by upper-level shear a distinction must be made between the movement of the LLC and the movement of associated t-storms getting blown off away from the center. Let's not mistake the motion of one for the motion of the other.
I guess it helps to be more specific--the center of circulation, not the t-storms themselves, is far off shore. |
