Lower Level Counterclockwise Rotation In RGB Loop

This looks like Tropical Storm Gabrielle now.

Are they waiting for an eye?

The wind speeds seem sufficient and the rotation is closed around an area... A big area I guess.... I don't know where to pinpoint the center just yet... I'm glad that's not my job now.... :-)

The counterclockwise spinning can be seen in the yellow/green clouds below the upper level blue cloud-tops in the RGB loop:
