I agree that that HWRF hurricane forecast may be a very small possibility, but even if it is only a 3% to 5%, that small possibility of a major hurricane in the Gulf is worth noting.

I hope the radar from Florida should give us a better estimate of the surface wind speeds. Cuba needs better radar.

Could we get a plane with radar to risk flying into this Invest 99L?

The latest satellite loops show an increase in convection at a time of day when I would expect it to burn off. (about 15:15 UTC)
