I wish they would stick to 1 time format for all advisories, discussions, etc

for a storm that's moved all of 1.5 degrees longitude since being declared an invest, the amount of differing time formats they've used is ridiculous - as of this moment, there are 4 different time formats, just in the current "snapshot" of Michael's nhc page: https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/#Michael
