I usually try to post in the time zone they mention, but I didn't realize that for Michael they have CDT, EDT, UTC and AST. I usually go by whatever the public advisory has.

As for Tropical Depression Fifteen, it is likely now Tropical Storm Nadine based on best track data. It won't be official until the NHC does it in the advisory.
