For those that don't know, I should note that now that a hurricane watch was issued at 5am AST Friday for the Northwestern Bahamas, there will be intermediate advisories every 3 hours, like the 8am AST, from now on. (as long as there are watches and warnings) 5am, 11am, 5pm and 11pm AST are complete advisories with track updates. 2am, 8am, 2pm and 8pm AST are intermediate advisories with just a release of the public advisory and no track update. (no track updates in-between complete advisories unless there was some kind of more significant change in which case they would do a special advisory) |
