Taking a quick look at recon I see the winds measured by dropsonde are the highest recorded so far. It's not at the surface and a dropsonde's winds might be about a half second wind, less than even a gust. The dropsonde falls from the plane to the ocean surface measuring wind, temperature and dewpoint constantly on the way down.
At 1,913 feet (925mb level) it was 138mph. That was within a few minutes of 12:00pm AST. At the surface it was 84 mph but that was because it was tossed somewhat from the strongest part of the storm. It was released at around 10,000 feet from the aircraft in the NE quadrant and 4 and half minutes later landed 8 miles away as the crow flies.
