Became Tropical Depression Eleven Tuesday

Forecast to be named later today. (Josephine) NHC forecast has it passing northeast of the NE Antilles. The NHC forecast has it strengthening to 60mph before eventually weakening later in the NHC forecast. As of posting, the GFS and ECMWF take whatever the storm might be at that point near Bermuda in around 8 days.
