I've been waiting to see when the Atlantic Outlook would get a mention of the possibility of formation in the Atlantic. The local news has been talking about it for many days as a possibility.

GFS:

Euro:

The Euro currently tries to form something in the Bay of Campeche. The GFS tries to form something broadly in the NW Carib. A meteorologist locally was talking about the Central American Gyre. We'll have to see where something might form in the area before we have close to an idea on track.

The legacy page at the WPC has a 7 day loop. On several pages on the legacy page they have a link to it.

O/T:

I think I am going to add additional information to the "More HTML" page. I greatly expanded the amount of text formatting that can be done through inline CSS styling. Most people won't use it in their posts, but I think I will add more information about what can be used so people who would like to use it have an idea of what is allowed rather than trying to guess what is or isn't. (Like below, I allow up to 10 degrees of rotation, but not more, though I don't document that anywhere)
CaneTalk!

This created the above:

<div style="color: #9e0e0e; font: bold 20px Verdana; text-shadow: 1px 1px 4px #ff3333; transform: rotate(-10deg); letter-spacing: 5px;">CaneTalk!</div>
