I'm glad you make it out well so far. I'm sorry your area has been hit so hard.
It looks like the Peace River in Arcadia has crested:
https://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?wfo=tbw&gage=arcf1
At a record of around 23.65 or 23.70 feet. 22.1 feet as of posting. It looks like it won't be below the previous record (20.5 feet) until October 4th. Major flood stage is 16 feet there and by October 7th it is still just under 18 feet.

Newer version of that page:

I didn't realize that area was seeing flooding already, before the storm, with that station in the week before being as high as about 15.38 feet. (minor flood stage at 11 feet)
It doesn't look like there will be rain for the next week: https://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=27.2174&lon=-81.8626
Just a 20% chance of rain next Sunday.
NHC is up to 40% as of 8pm EDT Sunday for that area forecast to move into the Caribbean:
Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Sun Oct 2 2022
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. Eastern Tropical Atlantic: An elongated area of low pressure located several hundred miles south of the Cabo Verde Islands continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions are forecast to be favorable for some gradual development, and a tropical depression is likely to form around the middle part of this week. The system is forecast to move westward, then turn northwestward or northward by the end of the week over the eastern tropical Atlantic. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...high...70 percent.
2. East of the Windward Islands: Showers and thunderstorms are showing some signs of organization in association with a tropical wave located several hundred miles east of the Windward Islands. Further development of the wave is possible, and a tropical depression could form during the next few days while it moves generally westward at 15 to 20 mph, reaching the Windward Islands and the eastern Caribbean Sea by midweek. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent.

Recent runs of the GFS and Euro don't show much development as of posting, but the NHC is on it already so we need to watch it.

I guess it's good they are. If something were to develop, and there was any chance it could come near Florida, there are a lot of people without power and would need to know well in advance that there was the possibility of something.

When the global models don't yet show much development, I like to look at that for a very early idea of where it could go.
Unfortunately with Ian happening so close to when Fiona happened, Puerto Rico is already out of the news. That's sadly what often happens.
