I had seen that they lost power again.

I was seeing an article from CNN:

And saw this:

"It's forecast to become only the fifth hurricane to roam the Gulf of Mexico in November since 1966, according to hurricane expert Michael Lowry."

I also saw the same in his blog:

"becoming only the 5th hurricane in the modern record (since 1966) to make it into the Gulf in November."
