Just got home...9:30pm. Nasty outside...rain coming down in sheets. Chilly 57 degrees. So far here...20 mi inland, wind is steady at 34mph with gust to 48mph. Scattered power outages. Flooding is present...and we are past high tide about 5 hrs! Starting to hear of school closures for tomm..very wise in my opinion. Should close them for weather and also to let the swine flu epidemic slow down a bit! |
