Ionispheric modification / heating.
The big 4 GW transmitter that is located close by.
I was watching a spectral plot of their emissions then - it was at ground penetrating frequencies plus what ever else at higher frequencies that I wasn't monitoring which would lower the ionosphere.
I am studying on how to read ionsphere soundings.
Also thinking it set off the Java and Japanese volcanoes at the same time.
