Agreed.  I think things could have been a lot worse, alhtough those who were hit would surely differ with that opinion.

I was very concerend when they upgraded to the PDS watch around 6:30 last night.  All in all what appears to be 3, maybe 4 tornadoes in the area that the Indy NWS covers probably isn't that bad. Most of the action was around the outflow boundary south of Indy that kept me on the north side of Indy out of any real action until the squall line came through.

Fortuantely my son's baseball game was postponed at the end of the school day - wise decision although I think it was more because of a heavy rainstorm at the field instead of smart planning ahead.  But the first of about 4 tornado warnings for Southeastern Marion County was issued around 7 p.m. - we would have been caught out there.

Now it looks like we get ready to bake at the 500 on Sunday.
