We should not take a chance of hot spots in the pools boiling, then burning, then exploding, then melting down, and then risking fission reactions for months like Fukushima, and making a region uninhabitable.
The Feds should act now to force the plant owners to execute multiple redundant actions to place redundant generators and cooling pumps at the site immediately.
