With the flooding, that could be a logistics issue.

Then they would have to be able to tap the pumps into the coolant loops which would take time.

If the flooding takes a quick turn for the worst, there could be no alternative other than opening the reactor and flooding it with boron and letting the runoff go into the Missouri.
