Other that the initial long range models which indicated a GOM landfall I think that the 3 to 5 day cone of error was never violated once. Intensity will need lots of work for years to come. I can't think of one location impacted that did not receive ample warning of the expected danger. The NHC has come a long way since Charley. Hats off to them. Plenty more season ahead.
