I guess if people didn't know that, or could not tell that from the one picture, they might think that.
I realized that was specifically built to handle a lot of water and most of the water in that one image reflects that, but maybe most don't know that. It is a remarkable visual in terms of the volume of the water, but that's not going to be anything like the water level in neighborhoods. |
