Voluntary evacuation for Pecan Grove upgraded to mandatory evacuation

I would seem to be a bad situation having people evacuate under some of these conditions, though I don't know what the conditions are. I don't know if some people are evacuating through flood waters. That's why it's best to leave when it's a voluntary evacuation. |
