I came across that New York one somewhere, but didn't click it. (don't want them to get more views, as if it gets enough it will start trending)

I don't know why people do things like that. But then again, there's going to be so many scams trying to take advantage of people after Hurricane Harvey. Some are really sickening, like at least one instance of someone setting up a fake fund for people who died in Harvey. It was fake. I assume it was taken down.
