It will be interesting to watch; but a lot of shear in the way.
I am thinking if this gets into the west GOM maybe then.
Pressures are dropping there.
Shear will also start dropping in the west GOM in about 36 hrs and get real low in 60 hrs.
If it stalls out there, could see some development.
This has been a pretty decent wave. If it wasn't for all the shear and higher pressures, I am sure we would have an invest by now.
West Africa looks to be shooting another wave into the water soon. This time, vorticity is farther south so SAL isn't so bad.
