Doorman may be onto to something---critical area south of Haiti--sound familiar???

About three days or so ago when you first highlighted this area as it approached the Lesser Antilles, I really didn't give it much thought, but convective activity has been on the upswing (and not just because of shear either). Last 24 hours have seen consistency in convection, with a tendency to form that ball, which I think you called "that look" Doorman. A quick glance at the area just south of Haiti and south of Cuba appears to show less shear and more favorable conditions. This appears to be where the system is headed. At this point I think a yellow circle may be in order. Here's the IR showing improvement in convection which has been consistent now for last 24-36 hours.
