Look for a ridge to form on WV in the east Carib. Vapor should look like a Clock-wise, balloning-out type formation.
The TUTT should also form around 30N 50W. That will be a CCW rotation on WV.

Surface pressures at the following buoys.
1st buoy is east of the islands.
2nd buoy is in the east-Carib.
