Whatever it turns out to be - talk of heavy coastal rains Thursday is coming into the forecast picture here.
A coastal low would be of no benefit to the Carolinas (we've already been drenched this month) - what we need is a rain storm to punch deep inland; unfortunately, this blob may not do the trick.
We'll be watching future forecasts.
