Abnormal Ice on Hudson Bay...

I've heard it tossed around a fair bit in Toronto and area that the reason for our cold temps is because theres still ice in Hudson's Bay... which is rather odd for this time of year. Our average daytime highs in this area are around 2-4 degrees celsius below normal for July. |
