| IMHO this is where "Forecasters" and "Schoolcasters" split. This is a perfect example of human skill being removed and of digital skill being elevated. By that I mean the last discussion of this thing quoted that they did not have the T numbers to quantify this thing as a tropical system anymore which translates to the one thunderstorm that JAC posted a picture of is not a depression make. However from a human perspective the persistent naked swirl that consistently produced that "Smoke Stack" of a thunderstorm draws a human eye that sees deeper into the chaos of fluid dynamics. You can say a pig stinks, prove it with math, but unless you really smell it, stink is just a word. |
