But that's my point.  It was very obvious from the LLC this thing had that it wasn't finished.  However the digital data said it's not enough.  So are decisions being made more today on digital data than human interpretation?  That's why I don't understand "Remnant Low".  They damn well knew this thing could crank back up, they already have classified it, by it being classified influences the models, and then to drop it because it does not meet 1 certain criteria makes me wonder who's on first?
