I think it will spin up like all the models are prediciting.
Gotta remember that the water off Africa is about at the same temperature if not more than what is typically seen in August / September.
The big factor is that SAL is low over the water.
The system blew all the dust in the opposite direction up into the Mediterranean.
Run the loop below, the bright pink is dust.
The big question will be what happens when it gets in the Carib.
I am looking at the forecasts now.
