If this gets in the Carib

GFS so far is showing the TUTT, anchored over east Cuba / Hispaniola, still being there 144 hrs out.
This will be a wall of shear if this TC gets into the east Carib.
Need to keep an eye on this for future model runs to see if it persists.
500mb forecast shows winds running east to west, so mid-level shear will be close to zero.
