Joe Bastardi's recommendations about getting good quality life preservers to assist in finding the bodies after the storms might be useful (or was that Jim's advice?).  If Pinellas goes under, much of Tampa, south on Kennedy (SR 60, Courtney Campbell Causeway) probably will also be under water.  I'm hopeful that we won't experience a major hurricane.  Heck, we have a hard enough time with the storm water runoff from the 3 storms in 2004? 5? 7?).  Supposedly, the county has improved some of the water runoff systems.  I hope that we won't have to test it.

Miami-Ft Lauderdale probably has a larger population potentially adversely impacted by a major.  I guess it is more likely to impacted.  But a major could hit the Tampa Bay area.
