Just asking...and looking at latest WV Loop. I'm really trying to see imminent development here, but I don't see it. Is the TUTT going to be moving or weakening soon?? Now remember that a red circle has been posted for a day or so now---in the region of Hispaniola---find that area on the map and tell me what you see??? I mean seriously, I need help here.
