I just checked RUC and GFS.

It looks like the TUTT is going to ride 97L.

That is the TUTT will move NW as 97L moves NW.

According to these two models, 97L will not get on the SW side of the TUTT.

If that is the case, 97L could be nothing more than a bad thunderstorm.
