You are absolutely right that the TUTT is moving NW.

However, if I look at VIS there seems to be north quad cirrus outflow close to the LLC.

Also looks like 200mb vorticity is dropping fast in the FL Straits and the minimum is moving over the convection.
I am looking at the anti-cyclone anchored over TN / KY as well.
So, would the TUTT get between the anti-cyclone and 94L and allow 94L to develop an anti-cyclone for itself?
