| According to recon Irene is still not vertically stacked 850 and surface are 5 miles apart and only 1007 so she is moving at about 20 mph. I think until she gets stacked deep layer steering will not affect her nor will she intensify she has to slow down. I wonder if the models are in agreement that Irene is vertically stacked. Until then the true movement and track is very uncertain. |
