As long as she follows the forecast, she is little threat to anyone. (except rip currents) It's nice to just sit back and watch a cat 4 storm out in the middle of nowhere. Plus, there's a lot of ongoing tropical effects, current and previous, that people are still dealing with. (and Lee even made the fires worse)
