GBgirl if that beach front house was in the 1000 block of Ariola, I saw what looked like wedding preps going on when we walked over to the Gulf front for a brief peek at the surf late Saturday afternoon.  When you say Lee (yes, ha ha) WAS to be married-- did the wedding take place or what?  What a mess in any case, but congrats if the knot was indeed tied.

Speaking of weddings and TC's, we are just as worried about effects of these storms on the northern half on the east coast, as my son is to be married in the Adirondacks in a couple of weeks.  There have already been serious impacts to the wedding festivity venues thanks to flash flooding from Irene.  What next??  I'm actually dreading the entire trip due to weather fears.  Ugh.  Is it November yet???
