Ohhh, weather, I'm so sorry to hear that, misery loves company or otherwise!  Just awful!  I do hope you get some satisfaction -- and a fast fix!!  Let us know.

Meanshile we're at a loss to figure out our water intrusion problem even though hubby is a retired carpenter.  He says once the season's over he'll pull off the shutters and get into some deep diagnostics (did I say that already?) -- but meanwhile we have to hope for no more "very impressive storms" like Lee, the gift that keeps on giving.

Speaking of which, we have word from our friends just south of York, PA today, where Lee's remnants are wreaking havoc:

"We're trying to decide if we want to try to get to the Post Office. We've moved the buckets in the attic to accommodate the current leaks, and the basement is being handled by the sump pump, but still we exclaim at the waves in the street each time we pass a window or look out the door.  Amazing."
