Well the GFS, and CMC, and ECMWF all say yes something is about to develop out there beginning next week, it's a matter of timing, I've seen nothing change yet, but I am sure that the shear factor will let up.

Looking at GFS, it has this system developing on the 24th, and heading towards Tampa area by the 26th as a strong TS or weak cat 1.
