This current forecast is almost exactly the same as Hurricane Jeanne in 2004. It made landfall between West Palm and Cape Canaveral, then slowed to a crawl, and turned north through the peninsula just a little west of center. The only difference is that the sustained wind speed will most likely be much higher this time. |
