HMON: Hurricane Arthur by NC Monday Morning

My concern is that the recent cold temperatures up north might bring a new dynamic into the storm that is not yet fully understood, and it may not model well.
Ocean areas with cooler SST's might yield more power because of the temperature difference between air masses.
