Is Rina an October Storm or really a November Storm?

I ask this because this seems to be the question. Are we really into November climo wise with snow falling in many places or are we truly in October. I know it's October, but lets get real it's the last week in October.

Also, the timing is off to me in this new package from the NHC.

I understand how they often average out the two diverse tracks but it would seem to be that either it catches the front or either it stays south of the Florida Straits.

You can average anything out but usually in the real world its the difference between two extremes.

So, I ask.... is this really weather wise November or October.

Also.... they have slowed down the timing....why? Is the front going to rush through and across Cuba or stall out in the Straits?
