an October depression in the Atlantic basin is how it will be noted in the record for this date, at this time

my family in FL is getting rain, not a "tropical" anything else

the rain we got in TX yesterday may have started from the snow storm that blew thru the Rockies, but we didn't get a piece of a blizzard in SE TX, just rain (very welcome rain) - after the cold front (yes, that's what they called it here) our high today so far is 56, a few degrees higher than our low last night (very refreshing change)

3 inches is current 12Z forecast for S FL over next 5 days

since they got very little in the last 5 days http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ridge2/RFC_Precip/  they will likely not have monumental flooding - but that's just my opinion

so can we just agree to disagree on what reality is?  I won't reply to your posts any longer, ok???  I'm sure everyone is quite sick of reading the back and forth pissfest

end of rant
