Caribbean Disturbance

System has increased convection this evening and the diurnal process should continue to fire T-storms overnight. Although the system is disorganized, think it will develop slowly during the next few days, as upper high gradually builds  north as the ULL in the gulf lifts out. This in combination with another ULL over Texas will allow the shear to decrease some.

Overall the disturbance is growing and fanning outward, which are signs of ventilation, although restricted on the western side. Will look for possible weak low/circulation to form SW of the Caymens under some increased storm activity close to the 850mb vort.
