Radar (just getting on it):

Satellite:

Last couple frames of satellite show what appears to be rotation, although with the convection developing right at what is likely the center, expanding in all directions, it is still hard to tell. Recon will there within the hour. Ex-Dorian / 91L is still moving fast though. That has been its other problem. Chantal had that problem too.

But Dorian looks good at the moment. Some stubborn storms, Dorian not letting go and Flossie coming back with an eye feature this morning (although it is not quite as good looking at the moment).
